Rosten began long before our first vintage. It grew from a shared love for Paso Robles, a deep respect for the land, and a desire to create something meaningful from the start.
We are young, curious, and constantly learning — shaped by the vineyards around us and grounded by the values we were raised with. Each vintage is an opportunity to refine our craft and honor the place we call home.
Rosten is led by Jonah and Gianna — partners in life and in winemaking. Rooted in Paso Robles, their approach has been shaped by years spent learning from the land and the people who farm it.
Together, they are building Rosten with intention from the very beginning — focused on crafting wines that reflect their place.
