Each wine we release is shaped by intention — from varietal selection to final blend. Produced in limited quantities, every bottling reflects discipline and a commitment to balance.
These wines reflect the vineyards behind them and the standards we hold ourselves to.
Always our first release of each vintage, our Rosé is intentional — not only in how it's made, but in what it stands for. A portion of every bottle's proceeds goes toward the Rosten Scholarship fund at Paso Robles High School.
Traditionally the last pick of the season at Paper Street Vineyard, this wine carries the character of a site that demands patience. Extended aging in French oak allows the complexity to build and fully integrate before release.
G2 North sits in the heart of the Willow Creek District, tucked in a cool pocket between Paso's rolling hills. Slower ripening and extended hang time build real depth — layered darker fruits, velvety tannins, and beautiful acidity give this wine its backbone.
Lambooy sits as far west in the Templeton Gap as you can go — the coolest site we work with. For Mourvèdre, a variety that ripens late by nature, those temperatures are everything. Dark, earthy, and spice-driven, with beautiful tannins and acidity — this is a wine that rewards patience.
Our flagship wine. Each of our vineyard sources carries its own identity — and Tether is where those identities come together. Red fruit forward, soft tannins, with gorgeous acidity that carries the wine as it evolves in the glass. This is the wine that tethers our sites, our work, and our story.
